If you need emergency assistance in the United States, call Suicide Prevention at (800) 273-8255 or the Veterans Crisis Line at (855) 238-5745. Otherwise call 911 or your local emergency number.

For my personal views dealing with suicide which I have called SE (Self Execution) please read and share my book if you believe it can help others. Download The Survivor's Guide to Self Execution right now!

Self Care

Self Care
Psychological problems are as real as can be
and they can put you in places your mind can't get free.
Free from anxiety, depression, hurt, anger and pain
along with past memories or actions that border insane.
How do you get past this? How do you get free?
and live in the reality that you wish to see.
Generally it starts with introspection
and controlling your mindset with proper selection.
For every mindset that makes your brain derail
is like living in your own personal Hell.
And all the triggers that take you there
can be over came with Self Love and Self Care...
