Salvation or Redemption

You see him on the TV every Sunday and you listen to his prayer.

He tells you he needs money so you send it to him there.

But the money you’re sending for your immunity

would be better off spent in your own community,

for it cost millions for the TV shows.

If the money went to your hometown church where would the millions go?

Maybe the jobless wouldn’t have to steal.

Maybe it would help the homeless, the sick, and the ill.

Salvation is free, this we all are told.

So, why are the Televangelists so expensive and so bold ?
