    There's traps every day humanity can't see,
they're holes we fall into that won't let us be free.
Some holes existed before you and I,
others created by wondering why.

  Life is short and sometimes not so sweet,
if you're stuck with a partner that tries to defeat.
There shouldn't be a battle between two people that truly care,

    Well it's now become a brand new year.
Will it be filled with love or filled with fear?
So as we're entering Twenty-Twelve,
with so many things on our shelves,

    I can write my thoughts in a diary and hide the darkest secrets of my life.
But as for some that can't download somewhere their life's so filled with strife.

Did you ever wonder if the sun would shine tomorrow?
Or even if tomorrow will ever come
We take too much for granted
Often we fail to thank the Creator for all our blessings
