Is there a way to be truly set free

and not exist in a life of Recovery?

Do we ever get over life’s pain?

The loss of a Loved can trap your brain.

I have no drivers license. I have no wife.

I do have pen and paper and a Poet’s life.

If I wish to travel I open my mind.

If I seek love, in my verses I find.

Tears don’t carry out pain.

They wash the strength in.

Your body may be losing,

yet your mind, it will win.

Tears are mixed emotions,

Just a candle, a spoon, and the prick in my arm.
Who would know they could cause such great harm?
Now the scars on my flesh tell more than I say.

Learn to Care and be aware!
In about every second in this world we live
in,
you hear about Pain, Suffering, Darkness, Evil or Sin.

You can eat cake or you can eat candy having a sweet tooth is fine and dandy.
But the sweetest thing I ever did find,
Was the wisdom that freed my heart, soul and mind.

The Curse of Kindness

There are vampires that live in the dark or the sun.

How many times have you been drained by one?

I've never been slugged by a liquor bottle.

Yet I've slugged a many on my own.

The booze took me to the place you live full throttle.

Then loose your wife, kids and home.
