Poetry is my talisman it releases my pains from inside
and in the topics I write about there aren't any things that I hide.
My life is an open book with everything right there to see
and when I learned to turn the pages I began to be free.
Free from depression torment and pain
free from memories that I couldn't tame.
But now the words that I play with from my internal self
allow me to be free and help others with their own mental health.
