Self Attainment

I seek not rewards. I seek not wrath.

I have no savior lighting my path.

I haven’t any battles with evil nor any with mankind.

I have a simple path that is so sublime.

It didn’t come from a book, nor a preacher man.

It simply came from my mind and things I understand.

I understand the earth and the sky above

I understand I’m an eternal force that was conceived in love.

Yet, many weep and many pray and may never understand.

This Godly being within the text exists only in the minds of man.

The evil one, the evil one with so many names

is just a character in the book horrified to fame.

Seek the answers in your heart. Believe in all you do,

for the next life you attain will be all from within you.
