Define “weird” in a world where almost everything’s possible and you have no concrete point of origin.
If you need emergency assistance in the United States, call Suicide Prevention at (800) 273-8255 or the Veterans Crisis Line at (855) 238-5745. Otherwise call 911 or your local emergency number.
For my personal views dealing with suicide which I have called SE (Self Execution) please read and share my book if you believe it can help others. Download The Survivor's Guide to Self Execution right now!

Night Terrors
What is your deepest darkest nightmare?
Where you sleep with teeth clenched and under your lids your eyes glare.
Or those mornings you awake drenched in sweat,
from those terrible thoughts you can't forget.
So many can't understand the pains you go through,
when sleep paralysis or night terrors terrify you.
Personally I've only had this happen a time or two,
but I can totally relate to what happens to others that do.
The human mind can be so beautiful and strong
but when it's been tortured by traumas you can be haunted with thoughts often wrong.
Like ending your life to escape the pain
I was there also in the past but with help I remained.
So for those of you that fight these battles at night
Or even the day when triggers bring your fright.
The best suggestion I can offer to you
is seek a personal program that suits the pains you go through...
