New Life

New Life
It's often hard to talk from your Heart
and you generally don't know where to start.
especially when it comes to trauma and pain
the things most try to hide in their brain.
But with every suppression you put on your mind
seems there's even more Demons to find.
You can try to drown them with alcohol
when mixed with depression it often leads you to fall.
Seriously I know what I'm talking about
for I too was in pain and shrouded with Doubt.
The Doubt was the thought I couldn't get free
from the Demons of my past that were controlling me.
It took lots of introspection and proper medication
To save my life in my situation.
So to you all my Brothers and Sisters in pain from your Demons within
if you make the right steps and choices your new life will begin...
