H.opeless O.bessive W.raths

I've climbed the mountain of depression and saw the peaks and valleys below.
I've been sad lonely and cold it felt like my veins were filled with snow.
How will I ever escape my depression that tortures me each day?
How will I be able to smile again and make most of my life play?
How will I be able to sleep and not wake up in tears?
How will I be able to love and not have any fears?
How will I be able to eat food that doesn't taste so bland?
How will I be able to walk the streets with a life that's grand?
Maybe the answer is in the word, yes the word, of "H.O.W.".
Yes I'll start a brand new life and it will begin with "N.O.W.".
