You are here

Fear

Fear
When the hairs on your neck stand up and you shudder in fear.
And goose bumps draw your skin so tight and near.
You don't know what to do and the shakes sit in.
It feels like you want to jump out of your skin.
Anxiety heightens and your breathing gets fast.
Your mind starts thinking how long will this last?
But if you slow down breaths your heart rate will change.
And give your mind a chance to calm and rearrange.
Then as your exploring what caused the effect.
Find the power in yourself you seldom detect.
