I wonder if I’ll meet one person that knows enough people that can get me recognized as a writer. Oh, I already have! He lives in my mirror.

The Cure
PTSD, anxiety and depression are a constant battle in my brain.
It drains my energy everyday and fills me with pain.
The simple things in life become quite a chore
when your minds filled with depression and consumed with horror.
Flash backs often take me away
they fill me with pain and my mind goes astray.
I've asked God over and over to help me find some relief
yet here I stay with my torture and grief.
Is there a path is there an action
to free me from this and find satisfaction.
How can I remove my grief and the torture I endure.
Possibly Self Love could be the cure...
