How Long is a Flash?
How many of us have heard it said “Before you die your entire life flashes before your eyes?”
If this is true that quick act of SE Self Execution will seem forever. How much pain will you feel in the course of a total life review? Kind of puts a different view on a quick and painless death doesn’t it?
If in fact it does pass before your mind what was the purpose?
Was it to show you that you’re better off dead? Or to show you what you’ve had and will no longer have?
I had a priest friend years ago and he told me that he had taken hundreds of deathbed confessions. In the confessions he said “Most people weren’t sorry for what they had done, they were sorry for what they haven’t done and now it was too late.”
