There is a dead space between most people and those afflicted with Mental Illness and it's called Understanding...
If you need emergency assistance in the United States, call Suicide Prevention at (800) 273-8255 or the Veterans Crisis Line at (855) 238-5745. Otherwise call 911 or your local emergency number.
For my personal views dealing with suicide which I have called SE (Self Execution) please read and share my book if you believe it can help others. Download The Survivor's Guide to Self Execution right now!

This is the personal website of Stanley Victor Paskavich.
Stan is a disabled Gulf War veteran who finds solace in creating poetry, pondering the eternal questions of philosophy, and enjoying intellectual conversations with close friends, relatives, and complete strangers.
On this site one may find many examples of Stan's writing, his thoughts, and the evidence of the struggles he faces against his personal demons. It is his goal to share his love of life with the world and this website represents one avenue towards that goal. Like any great journey, this site will never be truly completed but will instead be an ever-expanding celebration of one man's joys and sorrows as he moves through this life. The voyage is its own reward and the only destination is but the first step towards a new adventure.
We hope you enjoy your stay.
