Self Help

Self Help
When someone hits you up to chat
and the first thing they say is "How are you?"
their trolling everyone for something to do.
If you say you're fine they go away
generally without a word to say.
They have an inner need to save their fellow man
and believe if you talk with them they have the best plan.
Some now and then say quit taking your medication
and how natural remedies will be your salvation.
When I was first on meds I flushed them on several different occasions
it caused me to go the mental health ward at the VA for lengthy vacations.
The pains we live with and endure
can only be masked there isn't a cure.
The best you can do is try and change your mindset and life
and down play it's trauma, burdens, pains and its strife.
Search deep inside of yourself using all five of your senses
and start tearing apart the memories that peaked your defenses...
