Most of the poems I write take 5 minutes, but the words can give a lifetime of relief. Many people that have read my book say it helped them with their grief.

As the pages in the book of reality turn
sometimes they get stuck together and begin to burn.
Burn causing Pain, Anger, Doubt, and Frustration
all created from missing information.
Information can be wonderful it can be cruel
it can cause Anarchy and destroy the rules.
I generally watch several News Stations from around our Nation.
Trying to cross check the information.
It's amazing how editing certain clips to create others point of view
can bury the real messages and control you.
Seriously me being the person that I am
I don't fall prey to the microphones or the cams.
I don't let Fear, Anger or Doubt Shadow my day
and I know when to turn the page when my Heart heads that way...
