Loser's Lament

Let me tell you the story of Henry the loser,
He was a number one first class alcohol boozer.
Once he tried to go into the Army,
But he was the most pitiful 4F they ever did see.
He had flat feet and a curve in his spine,
and both of his eyes were far from fine.
His eyes were piss yellow and his fingers were brown,
From drinking alcohol and smoking butts off the ground.
Poor old Henry was a first class wreck,
From his sole less shoes and bottles held by the neck.
Let me tell you the story of Henry the looser,
He was a number one first class alcohol boozer.
Henry lived in an old junk car,
he stored his pennies in a mason jar.
When he'd get enough for a bottle of wine,
You'd see him outside the liquor store at opening time.
He'd drink that bottle down to the last drop,
Then sit on the park bench near the bus stop,
He'd watch bus after bus as they drove on by,
Then bury his face in his hands and start to cry.
Old Henry knew he was on life's last page.
Soon he'll be stepping off life's stage.
Once after Henry passes by,
A new old Bum will began to cry.
Let me tell you the story of Charlie the loser
He was a number one first class alcohol boozer.
