Learn to Care and Beware!

Learn to Care and be aware!
In about every second in this world we live
in,
you hear about Pain, Suffering, Darkness, Evil or Sin.
They push those things to the top of the heap,
binding us from revelations or fond memories to keep.
I realize it's a hard and tough world out there,
But I'd rather hear stories with a lot more flare.
Stories that help you conquer life's pain
and release the suffering trapped in our brain.
Even for just a couple of seconds if you set someone free.
It would be a Blessing for Humanity.
But over the years of my life and stories I've heard.
Most people love the drama and find goodness absurd.
If someone asks you "how are you today?"
If you say "Fantastic" they almost run away.
I have my own personal Demons that torment me each day.
But I try to stick to happier things to say.
Yes I have no problem writing about the root of my pain,
or the amount of medications I take to keep me sane.
I mainly do this to show the roads I've been down.
I'm not seeking sympathy just some common ground.
I'm sure if you have a Mental Health diagnosis like me.
In the eyes of the so called "Normal" we never get free.
Free from persecution, judgement and pain,
from those that believe they have a perfect brain.
But here's a little secret I've learned and I'd like to share,
Mental Illness can attack anyone if the right circumstances are there...
