Why do they always try to deceive me
my love and my care I'd give away free.
But after so many years of giving it away to people that don't care
my heart, soul and mind are starting to tear.
How do I get past this? How do I get free?
And relieve the burdens they've put into me.
I guess the answer I'm seeking within
is to be more careful with those that call me their friend...
