Broken

Broken
It's hard to admit when you're in pain
even harder to forget whats trapped in your brain.
Yet each and every breath many take
they have racing thoughts they wish would break.
Those Demon circuits that torment us from within
playing over and over, again and again.
For some they seem to lessen with time
and others are in a continual loop in their mind.
How do we break this how do we get free?
Medication was the only salvation for me.
I won't try and sit here and tell you what to do,
I just pray you find the right solution that's suited for you.
